Set in the near future, Colony centers on a family headed up by Holloway and Callies who must make difficult decisions as they balance staying together while trying to survive. They live in L.A., which has been occupied by a force of outside intruders. While some people have chosen to collaborate with the authorities and benefit from the new order, others have rebelled and suffer the consequences.

Colony lost my interest the second episode.
The actress who played in The Walking Dead is less annoying in this role, but the execution of the writing is less than appealing to me.

I enjoy it a lot. I was glad to see it's coming back this winter. It was good to see Josh Holloway again after Lost went off the air. He does a good job of playing the not-so-good good-guy. I suspect that's why he was chosen for the part.
